Hello, the AMD Radeon R7 350X does not meet our minimum Vulkan requirements, and is an old enough graphics card that emulating PlayStation 4 games is not possible with it.
The Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 should work fine with shadPS4, so could you provide more information about the processor your device has, and the game you are trying to emulate?
