all versions of shadps4 crash either at launch or when launching a game, at first I thought it was my VCredist but as the github suggests, I downloaded and installed every single vcredist possible so it's probably not that. Below there will be examples of versions and their exit codes.
a1509c06551d9026d40407a6c6d307ee827dd Pre-release:
crashes on launch
Exited with code -1073741795
0.9.0:
crashed on launch
Exited with code -1073741795
0.8.0:
crashed on launch
Exited with code -1073741795
my PC specs are:
AMD FX-6300
NVIDIA 970
16gb of ram
2 ssd
windows 10
If these aren't enough, you can ask me for more specific stuff.

It seems to be a Windows specific issue, there's no fixes currently but there's a somewhat "risky" workaround for that, it requires you to disable CFG in your Windows Security settings, if you want to go through with it do it at your own risk.

If 0.8.0 or any other version works but crashes when launching a game you can provide a log, you can get the the game's log location by opening shadPS4, right clicking on your game, and choose Open Folder -> Open Log Folder, then you can just drop it here and someone can take a look. For that other error like I said there's no real fix it seems like, I've heard a couple people made it worked by disabling CFG (which you already tried) or reinstalling Windows but those are not things I would recommend to do tbh.

I think I overlooked something, that CPU seems to be below the minimum requirement of shad, in order to work you need a CPU with AVX2 support and your CPU doesn't support it, the reason why you could at least launch it on older version was because the requirements were lower back then, and even then it seems like you had issues with launching games. Your CPU actually came out before the PS4 so even if it did support all the instructions you most likely would have completely unplayable performance anyway, that's my bad I'm not too familiar with old Intel and AMD CPUs so I missed it.
