So I have a modded Ps4 12.02 should I get the sys_modules from the newer version or should I still use my original 11.0 ones?

I'm not the most knowledgeable person out here but I don't think they should make a difference, and even if they do having a 12.02 jb PS4 is still too niche so I doubt the emu would start using those, you can currently use sys modules from older firmwares and it should work fine.
